LendAura Account Closure Process

To close your LendAura Line of Credit account, please follow the steps below:

1. Clear Outstanding Balance

Before requesting account deletion, please ensure your Line of Credit balance is paid in full. You can make payments directly through the LendAura mobile application.

2. Submit Account Deletion Request

Option 1: Self-Service via Mobile App

- Go to Profile → Account deletion

- Select "Delete account and data"

- Confirm your choice to proceed with automatic processing

Option 2: Email Request

- Send an email to support@lendaura.cc with the subject: "Account Closure Request"

- Include your registered phone number for verification

- Our team will complete your request within 2 business days

Important Information

- Permanent Action: Closing your account will permanently erase all associated information, including personal details and transaction records. This action cannot be undone.

- Service Impact: Account closure will permanently terminate your access to LendAura's Line of Credit services.
