1. Introduction
Please read these Terms of Use thoroughly. By registering for or using any aspect of the LendAura service ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you, the individual user ("You" or "Your"), and LendAura Limited ("We," "Us," or "Our").

These Terms of Use, including any amendments or revisions, become effective from their date of publication.

2. Definitions and Interpretation
2.1 In these Terms of Use, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

- Affiliate: Any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with another entity, where "control" means direct or indirect ownership of more than 50% of voting rights, equity interest, or the power to direct management policies.
- Account: Your personalized account for accessing the System and Service.
- App/Application: The LendAura mobile application provided by Us and/or Our Group Companies to enable use of the Service.
- Applicable Law: All applicable laws, regulations, rules, policies, industry standards, and judicial or regulatory requirements in force during the term of these Terms of Use.
- Business Day: Any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or official public holiday.
- Credentials: Your unique login information required to access the App and manage your Account.
- Credit Reference Bureau: A duly licensed entity authorized to collect and disseminate consumer credit information under applicable regulations.
- Confidential Information: Any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information disclosed to You by Us or Our Affiliates in connection with these Terms.
- Group Companies: LendAura and its Affiliates.
- Credit Amount: The principal amount of credit extended to You under these Terms, including any outstanding balances.
- Local Terms: Additional or alternative terms applicable in specific jurisdictions.
- Mobile Device: Your mobile phone, SIM card, or other equipment used to access the network and App.
- Mobile Money Service: A licensed digital money transfer and payment service offered by authorized providers.
- Policies: Guidelines or instructions issued by Us, as may be updated from time to time.
- Personal Information: Data that identifies or can reasonably identify an individual, including but not limited to name, identification number, date of birth, contact information, financial and credit data, and Account credentials.
- Request: Any instruction submitted by You via the System that We are authorized to execute.
- Service: Any financial service or product offered by Us through the System.
- SIM Card: A Subscriber Identity Module enabling access to mobile networks and Mobile Money Services.
- SMS: Short Message Service used for communication between mobile devices.
- Specific Terms: Supplementary terms governing particular aspects of the System or Service.
- System: The LendAura digital platform, including the App, website, and related infrastructure.
- Territory: The jurisdiction where You use the Service.
- Transaction Fees: Charges applicable to Service usage, as displayed in the App.
- Website: Any website operated by Us or Our Group Companies.

3. Your Responsibilities
You represent and agree that:
- You possess the legal capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms of Use.
- You will comply with all Applicable Laws and promptly inform Us of any breach of these Terms.
- You will use the Service exclusively for lawful purposes.
- All information, documents, and Credentials provided by You are accurate, current, and not misleading.
- You will use only authorized internet access points and Accounts.
- You will not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.
- You will not disrupt or attempt to circumvent the normal operation of the System.

4. Acceptance of These Terms
- You must read and understand these Terms of Use before downloading the App or creating an Account.
- By clicking "Accept", you confirm your understanding and agreement to these Terms of Use.
- Continued use of the Service following updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
- App updates may require acceptance of new terms prior to continued Service use.
- By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of technical device data for service enhancement.
- We may share your credit information with Credit Reference Bureaus and perform credit assessments.
- We may contact You and your designated emergency contacts for verification or payment collection purposes.
- By verifying your bank card, you authorize Us and Our payment partners to process automatic deductions if repayment obligations are not fulfilled.

5. Your Use of the Service
- The Service is available only to individuals aged 18 years or older.
- Our acceptance of your Account registration does not establish a contractual relationship between You and any Mobile Money Provider.
- We reserve the right to reject or withdraw your application at our sole discretion.
- We may modify terms based on periodic credit assessments, including interest rates, which will be displayed in the App.

6. Your Use of the System
- We grant You a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the System for personal purposes only.
- You are prohibited from modifying, distributing, reverse engineering, data mining, or attempting unauthorized access to the System.
- You must not upload malicious software, distribute spam, misrepresent facts, or engage in any activity that disrupts the System.

7. Your Account
- You must maintain only one Account and safeguard your login credentials.
- We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your Account if:
- You violate these Terms.
- We detect unauthorized activity.
- You have outstanding amounts due to Us.
- If your Mobile Device is lost or stolen, You must notify Us immediately to secure your Account.

8. Your Personal Information
By using the Service, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Fees, Payments, and Taxes
- We may charge Transaction Fees, as displayed in the App.
- All payments must be made in full, without deduction, in local currency.
- Late repayments may incur penalty fees.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

10. Default and Termination
- Default occurs if you fail to repay credit within 15 days of the due date.
- We may:
- Report your default to Credit Reference Bureaus.
- Apply penalty fees.
- Terminate your access to the Service.

11. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability
- You indemnify Us against losses arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Unauthorized access to your Account.
- Errors caused by third-party service providers.
- We are not liable for:
- Service interruptions.
- Losses resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
- Issues arising from third-party sites linked to the App.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration, except where interim legal relief is necessary.

13. General Provisions
- We may update these Terms, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without Our consent.
- If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain valid.
- Notices will be sent via the App or email.
